• All players in the Minor B, Minor A and Majors divisions must complete 1 day of tryouts for the Spring Season.

• Tryouts are NON-COMPETITIVE and all players will make a team. For players with little or no experience, there will be very helpful coaches and volunteers there to explain and help them through the stations.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. 

• Signups for tryout time slots will be on Signup Genius.

• Each player will complete the following skills during the tryout:

Majors and Minor A Divisions:

1. Receive 6 balls to hit.  After 6th ball whether you hit the ball or not, the player will run the bases to 2nd base.

2. Field 6 ground balls at shortstop and throw to 1st base.

3. Pitch 6 balls from mound to the catcher. (Optional)

4. Head to right field and stand between the cones and field 6 pop fly’s and throw to 2nd base.

5. Exit with equipment on 1st base dugout gate.

Minor B Division:

1. Receive 6 balls to hit.  After 6th ball whether you hit the ball or not, the player will run the bases to 2nd base.

2. Field 6 ground balls at shortstop and throw to 1st base.

3. Pitch 6 balls from mound to the catcher. (Optional)

4. Catch 4 balls thrown to the player from 30 to 35 feet.

5. Head to right field and stand between the cones and field 4 pop fly’s and throw to 2nd base.

6. Exit with equipment on 1st base dugout gate
